When a shower needs a hall

The honest guest count

The hall is sized for 50 to 300 guests, and that is the first thing to check. A baby shower venue only makes sense once the guest list has passed the point where a home stops working, which for most families is somewhere around fifty. Below that, this room will feel empty, and we would rather say so than take a booking that disappoints.

Daytime works in your favor

Showers are usually daytime and usually weekend afternoons. Weekends, holidays and quinceañera season are the busiest dates in the calendar, so if your date has any flexibility it is worth asking early what is open. For timing against the due date, see when to have a baby shower.

Decor is included, not carried

Colors and themes are customizable and decorations are part of the event packages. For a shower that matters more than for most events, because the person who would otherwise be sourcing and transporting all of it is usually the one closest to the guest of honor.

Space for the parts people forget

Showers need floor that a dinner does not. A gift table that grows through the afternoon, somewhere to run games, and a dessert or cake table. Tables and chairs, a dance floor and decorations are all part of the event packages, and with the event packages the team handles setup and cleanup, so none of it has to be assembled by the family that morning.

Frequently asked questions

How many guests can the hall hold?

Between 50 and 300. For a baby shower, the lower end of that range is typical, and under fifty guests the room will feel larger than the occasion needs.

Ask when you enquire about your preferred date. Weekends, holidays and quinceañera season are the busiest, so it is worth checking early.

Yes. Colors and themes are customizable and decorations are part of the event packages rather than something you source separately.

Outside vendors may be permitted depending on the package. Raise it before signing so the package matches what you have planned.

$1,000 to reserve the date, then $350 a month, with the balance due 30 days before. Terms are on the FAQ page.
